We are looking for a
Finance Administrative Assistant
to join our team in Genova,
Italy.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Finance Department, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Accounting:
    Posting of invoices (accounts payable/receivable), recording payments, journal entries, VAT management.
  • Treasury:
    Managing bank transfers.
  • Tax Compliance:
    Handling tax deadlines and monitoring regulations.
  • External Relations:
    Liaising with banks, suppliers, and customers for payments and reconciliations of credit/debit accounts.
  • Documentation:
    Archiving (paper/digital), managing mail and phone calls.
  • Tools:
    Using ERP and administrative software, as well as MS Office (especially Excel).

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Knowledge of Italian tax regulations and accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Language:
    Italian (native or fluent) and Knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus.
