who will be trained in 2 years as apprentice in Milan within the
Smart Infrastructure Buildings
area.

Your Challenge

As Project Controller Junior your mission will be to provide support for one or more project teams through helping with the implementation of project management controls. Responsibilities include reporting & analysis and month end project settlement activities.

This highly visible position requires regular interaction with internal as well as interactions with senior level staff members.

Your main activities will be:

• Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures
• Booking of a broad kind of business operations
• Invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt and stock items control
• Payment requests, workflows, planning of revenue, registration of claims, cost control, export control checks, provisions register and maintenance
• Updating and verifying the project calculation analysing accounting data and participate in handover meetings.
• Provide accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance metrics trough ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required
• Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and implement plan to mitigate risks
• Support internal audits like the implementation and control of Risk Internal Control standards and external
• Interact with support teams including Corporate Accounting, IT, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management and International stakeholders
• Contributing to the digital initiatives of the company

Required entry qualifications:

• You are under 29 and a fresh graduate in master's degree in economics or management engineering
• A 3-month finance internship experience is a plus as well as an international experience
• Aspiration to develop a finance path and grow
• Genuine interest for digitalization
• Knowledge of office 365, Power BI and SAP as a plus
• Ability to work in team and think about everything from the customer perspective
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Eligibility to work in Italy
