This stems from the investment in our people, the desire to always propose innovative solutions and our global Competence Center for the research and development of the most modern electric motors. We are present with thirteen locations in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level in an innovative environment? Lafert Group is seeking a driven and passionate Key Account Manager to join our Sales Department. This senior commercial role offers the chance to make a real impact by managing and expanding relationships with established key accounts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Lafert by driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across our global client portfolio. 
 
 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage key accounts as the single point of contact with overall responsibility for profitability, sales and growth of the customer 

  • Understand technical needs of the client to identify business opportunities and to steer tech developments within the Lafert organization 

  • Develop and align mid-to long-term strategic account plans to leverage the growth potential of the customer for sales growth for Lafert 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on all levels in Lafert and at the customer to ensure overall customer success (time to quote, OTD etc.)  

  • Analyze, monitor and map the target market of industries and applications with relevance to the customer portfolio 

What We're Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering or economics (with strong technical experience preferred). 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within established industrial manufacturing companies—experience in electric motors and drives is highly valued. 

  • Proven ability to apply advanced sales methodologies and navigate complex sales cycles. 

  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of industrial applications. 

  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, with a relentless drive to achieve results. 

  • Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities where others see challenges. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills—international experience is a plus. 

  • Fluency in English is required. 

  • Willingness to travel 10-20% to deliver for our clients and the business.

The financial offer will be commensurate with experience.
