Reporting ManagerLocation: MilanSony Music Italy is looking for a person-focused on Reporting Area. The successful candidate will join the Finance Team and report to the Head of Reporting & Financial Planning and Credit Manager. He/She will be responsible for managing the company's economic, financial, and balance sheet reporting. The role involves close collaboration with various internal business units and will serve as the local point of contact for international data analytics teams and structures.What You'll DoWill contribute to managing: Implementation of planning and control processes and tools (order system, analytics, t&e)Preparation of the company's economic, financial, and balance sheet reporting, including Budget, forecast, and actuals; Preparation of Artist P&Ls; Cost analysis; Accounting management of a Label, in direct collaboration with the Marketing and PromoWho You AreDegree in Economics or related fieldsAt least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in Administration or as an Auditor in a consulting/audit firmKnowledge of accounting entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and management controlExcellent knowledge of SAPFluent in EnglishKnowledge of Power BI is a plusStrong team player with the ability to work independently, proactive and resourcefulAct with proactivity / initiativeAbility to analyze and solve problems / problem-solving skillsWhat we give youYou join an inclusive, collaborative and global community with the opportunity to fuel the creative journey.We invest in your professional growth & development.The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens nextEmployment TypePermanent employment contract and a salary plus bonus in line commensurate with the candidate's skills.Equal OpportunitiesAs an active part of a culturally and socially diverse society, Sony Music's aim is that our workforce is diverse and inclusive.
