Principali responsabilità

Il tuo focus sarà quello di fornire un servizio di supporto sistemistico di 1° livello e le tue prinicipali attività saranno:

• Monitoraggio infrastrutture cliente
• Gestione attività di Help Desk ( accoglienza segnalazione, triage, correlazione eventi)
• Gestione escalation
• Incident Managment
• Change Management

Cosa ti serve per avere successo nel ruolo?

Avrai successo in questo ruolo se sei una persona curiosa, desiderosa di imparare e con tanta capacità di problem solving.

Per il ruolo è' richiesto:

• Conoscenze base dei sistemi operativi Microsoft e Linux
• Utilizzo di sitemi di monitoraggio, trouble ticketing ( Service Now preferenziale)
• Nice to have: 1 o 2 anni di esperienza in Service Desk/Help Desk
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
• Formazione tecnica informatica
• Buona capacità di esprimersi in inglese (scritto e parlato)
• Attenzione ai dettagli
• Buone doti comunicative
• Conoscenza metodologia ITIL

La conoscenza e l'utilizzo di Zabbix, Putty, Filezilla e mRemote saranno ritenuti elementi preferenziali.
