The
Field
Service Team Leader (m/f/d)
will coordinate a service team for Italy (9 persons currently) from field activities to technical support, as well as customers, using corporate tools and processes and will be reporting to the Service EMEA South Manager. Part of the daily business will be the planning of resources, inventory control, to reach the targets and contribute to the sales budget.

The team leader will implement Nordson's programs and policies and collaborate with other country peers being part of EMEA Service team.

Role And Responsibilities

• Coordinating the service team of Nordson Italy from field activities to technical support
• High focus on customer support
• Planning of resources, inventory control, to reach the targets and contribute to the sales budget
• Implementing Nordson's programs and policies and collaborate with other country peers being part of EMEA Service team
• Take responsibility of after-market processes
• Visit clients in the Milan region on a regular basis

Skills And Qualifications

• Technical background required. Preferable an Engineering degree in electro-mechanics
• Knowledge in PLC-programming is a plus
• Min 5 years experience working in the industrial sector (production plant maintenance and knowledge of packaging for food/beverage is a plus)
• Min 3 years experience as a team leader
• Professional level of Italian and English is essential
• Driving license is obliged

Travel

• 50% mostly in Northern Italy with occasional overnight stays
