Finance Intern – BUS BU Commercial Control
Join our Finance team and support Bus BU Commercial Control activities across Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus. This internship offers a highly valuable learning experience with exposure to business processes and financial analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodic reports for monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support Commercial and Service teams through KPI analysis, discounts, funds, margins, and internal costs.
- Manage invoices: approvals, accounting details entry, and support for invoice verification requests.
- Assist with internal and external financial audits, ensuring compliance with Iveco Group policies.
- Verify correct cost allocation: accruals, sales, reserves, and SAP postings.
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies across company management systems.
- Prepare presentations and summary materials to facilitate decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Basic knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.
- Strong knowledge of English and Italian.
- Accuracy, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
