Stiamo selezionando un professionista esperto, capace di guidare con visione e concretezza l'intera catena del valore. La figura entrerà a diretto con la proprietà e avrà un ruolo chiave nel governo dei processi aziendali e nel miglioramento continuo delle performance.

Responsabilità e attività:

  • Guidare e coordinare tutte le aree operative: approvvigionamento, pianificazione, produzione, logistica, spedizioni, ufficio tecnico, industrializzazione e back-office commerciale.
  • Favorire un workflow fluido tra reparti, garantendo comunicazione, allineamento e collaborazione.
  • Ottimizzare l'impiego del personale e delle risorse, monitorando i KPI di servizio e di efficienza.
  • Individuare criticità nella catena del valore e guidarne la risoluzione attraverso approcci strutturati.
  • Definire e implementare piani strategici orientati al miglioramento continuo, alla riduzione dei costi e all'aumento della redditività.
  • Pianificare e gestire budget e investimenti, con supervisione costante dei costi operativi.

Competenze richieste e preferibili:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza consolidata (almeno 10 anni) nel ruolo di Operations Manager o in posizioni correlate come Productione e Planning Manager, Supply Chian Manager, ecc.
  • Inglese livello B2
  • Ottima padronanza delle logiche Lean Production, Project Management, tempi & metodi, Lean Six Sigma e conoscenza strutturata di processi produttivi e organizzativi.
  • Utilizzo avanzato di ERP (SAP), Cyberplan, Qlik BI, MES e Excel.
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche, di pianificazione e di presentazione dei dati.
  • Leadership, orientamento al risultato, problem-solving, proattività e gestione dello stress.
