Internship in Revenue

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Revenue in Intern to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue, the intern will support with daily operations and data analysis to optimize revenue strategies.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. 

• The starting date is estimated in December.

Objectives and internship activities:
The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes the following activities, which the intern will carry out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy:

In particular, the Revenue Intern will focus on:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators.
• Manage the hotel's online distribution channels by monitoring room availability, pricing adjustments, and rate parity.
• Support the team in analyzing historical and future booking patterns to identify business opportunities and risks
• Participate in revenue meetings to gain insight into strategic decisions 
• Collaborate with the other teams to ensure alignment of revenue-related strategies.
• Assist in conduct market and competitor analysis, including rate shopping, market share performance, and demand forecasting.

Candidate requirements:

• Passion for revenue management and hospitality
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability 
• Fluent in English and Italian (both writing and speaking)
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and communicate effectively
