About The Role
Are you a finance professional looking to bring your analytical thinking to a vibrant and fast paced company? As our new Finance Intern, you will be instrumental in constructing a full-picture narrative of our company's financial health. From delving into the Profit & Loss to shaping strategy with your insights, every analysis you provide will drive smarter business decisions. Your responsibilities

• Construct and scrutinize our annual and monthly P&L, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning.
• Assess company performance at various levels, providing key insights on revenue and profit trends.
• Assist with the commercial fixed costs closure and planning, focusing on providing a high level of accuracy for the Region.
• Craft presentations for leadership that encapsulate financial insights and strategies.
• Contribute to business process improvements and uphold our commitment to accuracy and compliance.

At the end, you'll will gain understanding of Profit & Loss dynamics, autonomy in analyzing results and proactivity in proposing actions/improvements both at business and reporting level.

The experience we're looking for

• MSc Degree in Economics/Finance
• Fluency in English and Italian (an international experience is highly valued)
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and other major Microsoft tools)

The skills for success

Project Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting principles, Financial Analysis and reporting.
