Your Opportunity:

The Senior Manager FP&A is part of the Global FP&A team and will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Will support senior leadership providing both recurring reports and in-depth analysis by working cross functionally across divisions/regions.

Your Contribution:

• Develop and execute the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, drivers, and areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing cost management strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitors the Capex spend against investment budgets.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decisions, particularly those related to growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of FP&A activities.
• Help coordinating / liaising with the local regional teams to respect group deadlines and execute ad hoc-analysis and FP&A activities

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• 7 to 10 years of related working experience in a multinational corporate environment, consulting or audit, including at least 3 years of relevant Controlling work experience.
• Background of experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is required
• Fluent in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Planning tool/software, Hyperion and SAP a plus
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE and PowereBI is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills, leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels of management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities and still contribute thoughtful and high-quality work products
• Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve processes in partnership with other departments
