Siamo alla ricerca di una persona motivata e attenta ai dettagli da inserire nel nostro team operativo nel settore delle spedizioni internazionali.

Questa è un'ottima opportunità per chi desidera costruire una solida base nel mondo della logistica e del trasporto merci internazionale.

Dopo un periodo di formazione strutturata, la risorsa sarà coinvolta in tutte le attività operative legate alle spedizioni import/export, supportando il team e assumendo progressivamente maggiori responsabilità.

Responsabilità

  • Supportare le attività operative giornaliere per spedizioni via aerea e marittima (import/export)
  • Gestire inserimento dati e documentazione con precisione e puntualità
  • Coordinarsi con vettori, agenti e fornitori per garantire il corretto flusso delle spedizioni
  • Collaborare alla preparazione della documentazione doganale e delle istruzioni di spedizione
  • Supportare le attività di fatturazione e controllo costi
  • Mantenere una comunicazione chiara e professionale con clienti e partner
  • Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi interni e all'efficienza operativa

Qualifiche

  • Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla soluzione dei problemi
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata); la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus
  • Familiarità con Microsoft Excel e strumenti Office
  • Diploma o laurea in ambito logistico, economico o affine
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali
  • Interesse per il commercio internazionale e la supply chain
  • Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa – cerchiamo principalmente l'attitudine giusta e la voglia di imparare
