Per la regione Sicilia stiamo cercando un/a Medical Scientific Liaison per l'Area Terapeutica Vaccini.

Il/La Medical Scientific Liaison è responsabile di assicurare l'expertise medico–scientifico ed essere il punto di riferimento del Medical Affairs GSK, nel territorio assegnato, per il team cross-funzionale aziendale e per gli Stakeholders esterni, garantendo un alto livello di conoscenza e competenza su prodotti/patologie inerenti l'Area Terapeutica Vaccini e sull'ambiente sanitario esterno.  Comunica la sua profonda conoscenza dei dati GSK nel contesto della prevenzione vaccinale nella popolazione generale e nei pazienti per garantire una comprensione basata sull'evidenza scientifica dei vaccini GSK.

Sarà inoltre responsabile di:

• sviluppare le interazioni ed iniziative con gli Stakeholder con finalità medico-scientifica (Scientific Engagement), mediante incontri per aggiornamenti medico-scientifici su tematiche coperte da un documentato interesse (Documented Interest), raccolta di insights,  incontri di alerting sulla safety dei prodotti o per migliorare l'appropriatezza dell'uso dei prodotti GSK, incontri reattivi e/o allestimento di risposte su specifiche domande o richieste di approfondimento ricevute dagli Operatori Sanitari;
• fornire supporto agli Stakeholder interni (di area Medica, di area Commerciale, di area Marketing) con finalità medico-scientifica per assicurare lo sviluppo delle conoscenze di prodotto/area terapeutica, l'uso razionale, sicuro ed appropriato dei vaccini;
• collaborare con la funzione di Market Access&Pricing al processo di accesso finalizzato all'inserimento e alla commercializzazione dei prodotti GSK nel Sistema Sanitario Regionale;
• collaborare con la struttura di Clinical Operations nell'identificazione di Centri/Investigatori per studi clinici sponsorizzati, implementando il modello di Clinical-Operations-Medical partnership; supportare  le attività di data generation specifiche del Medical Affairs in funzione dei data gap e del ciclo di vita del prodotto;
• per gli Asset strategici, definire e realizzare i Medical Plan regionali e contribuire alla realizzazione ed implementazione dei Medical Plan nazionali;
• collaborare con Pharmacovigilance nella gestione delle segnalazioni di eventi indesiderati a livello regionale, incontrando ove richiesto gli Operatori Sanitari che hanno segnalato gli eventi indesiderati associati ai prodotti GSK al fine di collaborare al loro approfondimento;
• garantire la compliance generale delle attività svolte

Stiamo cercando professionisti con queste competenze per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi:

• Laurea in Discipline Scientifiche (Medicina, Biologia, Farmacia, Biotecnologie, CTF e similari)
• Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Direzione Medica & Scientifica di almeno 2 anni e/o comprovata esperienza di customer facing di almeno 2 anni
• Residenza in Sicilia
• Conoscenza del Business e Marketing farmaceutico
• Conoscenza delle normative e leggi di settore oltre a quelle aziendali (Ethical & Legal Compliance), delle normative sulla promozione dei farmaci, di sperimentazione clinica, informazione scientifica e farmacovigilanza
• Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Le seguenti competenze non sono necessarie; se non le possedete, vi invitiamo comunque a candidarvi:

• Conoscenza dell'Area Terapeutica Vaccini e delle sue peculiarità o esperienza pregressa in area specialistica
• Competenze comunicative efficaci sia F2F che attraverso canali diversi ed innovativi
• Capacità di collaborare con tutte le funzioni aziendali
• Curiosità e passione per l'apprendimento e lo sviluppo continui.
• Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e proattivo, sviluppare credibilità tra colleghi all'interno e all'esterno del team e di influenzare le decisioni
• Attitudine per l'approccio "problem solving", capacità di una buona pianificazione, gestione di progetto e capacità organizzative
