We are looking for Logistics Assistant to support our Logistics function, working closely with colleagues in Italy and Greece.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor import/export shipments, with a particular focus on maritime routes.

Coordinate with port logistics providers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies.

Handle customs documentation and prepare import/export procedures.

Verify the correct execution of customs operations and related documentation flows.

Monitor lead times and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.

Archive documentation and prepare logistics and customs reports.

Support initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics and customs processes.

The ideal candidate

Previous experience in logistics roles, preferably in import/export and customs-related environments.

Knowledge of customs documentation and procedures.

Experience in organizing and managing maritime shipments.

Basic knowledge of international supply chain processes.

Strong proficiency in IT tools (Excel, logistics/customs management systems).

Customs broker license or eligibility to obtain it will be considered an advantage.

Accuracy, reliability, and good interpersonal skills.

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Very good command of English for communication with international partners.
