Assistant, Customer Relations and Logistics - Italy (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

  • Process customer orders via phone, email, and SAP.
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable and Finance teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and sales representatives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Prepare packages and coordinate shipments.
  • Assist with local transport and the setup or dismantling of POS materials and products.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations.

Your stroll to CYBEX:

  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • SAP or CRM system experience preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a back-office or similar role.
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
