Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will manage and optimize daily operations, ensure seamless booking coordination with suppliers, and oversee the execution of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in travel operations management
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance to handle tasks such as scheduling and documentation
  • Proficiency in organizational tools and software is an advantage
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
