We're a small team of ambitious builders with an extremely high bar for quality and execution.
Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a Founding Growth Manager, someone with a hacker mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn experiments into scalable acquisition engines.
Your goal is simple: make our growth curve insanely steep but with disciplined experimentation, data-driven decisions, and a bias for execution.
You'll move across multiple growth levers at the same time: building funnels, designing campaigns, refining positioning, and running experiments with speed and rigor.
What you will do:
- Design, test, and scale acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Build end-to-end measurable campaigns (tracking, attribution, reporting).
- Own performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) and optimize CAC/LTV.
- Collaborate with product to shape conversion flows, onboarding, and retention loops.
- Set up and maintain analytics dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar).
- Run continuous experiments: A/B tests, landing pages, referral programs, partnerships.
- Collaborate on brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and deploy improvements that unlock measurable growth.
- Turn winning experiments into repeatable playbooks and systems.

- Ownership / Governance: Everyone is fully in charge of their outcomes: you own the problem, the decisions, the execution, and you keep everyone accountable for what's needed to deliver it.
- Data drives decisions: We want to reason with evidence. Intuition can inspire, but data must validate.
- Radical honesty: We communicate directly and transparently. Feedback is not personal: it exists to improve systems, decisions, and performance.
- Value creation: We reward outcomes, not hours or effort.
- Learn fast: Mistakes are acceptable if they create learning and are not repeated. When something goes wrong, we document what happened, fix it quickly, improve the process, and move forward.
- Default to action: We bias toward doing, not over-cautious planning. We move through short iterations and small releases that get real feedback quickly.

You'll thrive here if you:
- Bring 4/6+ years in senior GTM, growth, or marketing roles, ideally at the intersection of health, D2C, and technology.Are both analytical and creative: you ideate, execute, measure, and iterate.
- Have a proven track record of launching and scaling health products, with hands-on ownership of growth levers.
- Can move from strategy → execution → analytics without needing big teams or agencies.
- Have operated in fast, resource-constrained environments (startup, DTC, tech, growth team).
- Have a strong data-driven mindset and are fluent with analytics tools and attribution logic (Mixpanel, Looker, Amplitude, etc.)
- Are fluent in Italian + English.
- Operate with a low-ego, entrepreneurial mindset and want to build a generational company with massive impact.
