We are looking for a Engagement & External Relations Assistant to work in the ENREL Unit.

Responsabilità
The interim will:

  • Manage the AskAQuestion platform (based in CRM Salesforce);

  • Ensure timely responses to queries and coordinating with internal scientific officers;

  • Organise biannual Ask EFSA Community meetings;

  • Deliver training sessions;

  • Run satisfaction surveys and internal communication campaigns;

  • Maintain documentation and FAQs;

  • Monitor service performance;

  • Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences;

  • Manage corporate mailboxes;

  • Facilitate community meetings;

  • Maintain communication with external stakeholders.
