We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Night Auditor to manage front office operations during the night shift, with a specific focus on the resort's accounting and administrative accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Closing: Managing the daily financial close and ensuring the balancing of all daily transactions.
- Fiscal Audits: Supervising and verifying fiscal documents, including receipts and invoices from all resort outlets.
- Outlet Management: Controlling room charges and managing the operational closing of internal outlets.
- Night Reception: Handling late check-ins/check-outs and providing dedicated assistance to guests during the night.
Requirements:
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong competitive advantage.
- Experience: Previous hotel experience in a similar role (Front Office or Night Audit) is highly desirable.
- Experience in 5-star properties or within the Hilton brand is considered a significant plus

Ricerchiamo un Night Auditor meticoloso e responsabile, che si occupi della gestione del front office durante le ore notturne, con un focus specifico sulla precisione contabile e amministrativa della struttura.
Responsabilità principali:
- Chiusura contabile: Gestione della chiusura dei conti giornalieri e verifica della quadratura di tutti gli incassi della giornata.
- Controlli fiscali: Supervisione e verifica dei documenti fiscali, incluse ricevute e fatture emesse dai vari outlet (ristoranti, spa, bar).
- Gestione addebiti: Controllo degli addebiti in camera e chiusura operativa dei punti vendita interni.
- Front office notturno: Gestione delle procedure di check-in/check-out notturni e supporto agli ospiti durante la notte.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Lingue: Conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituirà un elemento fortemente distintivo.
- Esperienza: Esperienza pregressa in hotel in una posizione simile (Front Office o Night Audit) è fortemente richiesta.
- Costituirà un plus aver lavorato in strutture 5 stelle o presso il brand Hilton.
