Full-Time | Long-Term Role | USD Compensation

About Us

We are a fast-growing sales organization focused on delivering consistent results, excellent customer experiences, and a high-performing sales culture. We operate with strong systems, clear expectations, and ongoing training—and we're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support our remote sales team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant, international QA specialist, or sales support professional who excels at reviewing calls, identifying gaps, and improving team performance.

Role Overview

As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and scoring sales calls daily
  • Identifying discrepancies in script adherence, tone, compliance, and accuracy
  • Documenting feedback for each rep using our quality checklist
  • Creating weekly QA reports for the Sales Manager
  • Highlighting training opportunities, patterns, and improvement areas
  • Supporting the Sales Manager in developing training materials and call libraries
  • Ensuring CRM notes and sales processes are followed correctly

This role directly impacts team performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Score calls using our QA rubric (we provide training)
  • Identify gaps in rapport, objection handling, offer presentation, or qualification steps
  • Track rep performance trends and raise concerns proactively
  • Provide clear written feedback summarizing strengths and improvement areas
  • Update spreadsheets, dashboards, and rep scorecards
  • Assist with onboarding by sharing sample calls, guidance, and documentation
  • Help maintain consistency across the sales script and process
Qualifications (International / VA Friendly)
  • Strong English listening and writing skills (required)
  • 1+ year experience in QA, call auditing, sales support, or VA roles involving call analysis
  • High attention to detail—able to catch small mistakes or missed steps
  • Comfortable giving objective, structured feedback
  • Experience working with CRMs, spreadsheets, or QA tools
  • Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet recurring weekly deadlines
Compensation & Schedule
  • Competitive USD monthly pay depending on experience
  • Full-time, long-term role
