Perform rectification and upgrading works, carry out scheduled maintenance tasks, and address and resolve issues arising from the maintenance of common property to ensure the overall well-being of the community.Pre-Handover Inspections
- Conduct pre-handover inspections and closely follow up on rectification progress to ensure common areas are ready for vacant possession (VP) conditions.
- Support departmental strategic plans and execute setup tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operation flow across all developments.
- Monitor, follow up, and prepare all necessary documentation, reports, and photos for common area defects. Collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion to ensure contractors remain on schedule.
Community Maintenance and Management
- Execute maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan and schedule, ensuring full compliance with Eco World Standards and SOP.
- Perform inspections to monitor defect rectification progress and maintenance activities according to the master schedule, ensuring adherence to work standards and timelines.
- Maintain close liaison with contractors, suppliers, workers, consultants, architects, and authorities to expedite rectification processes and deliver high-quality results.
- Monitor, follow up, and prepare all necessary documentation, reports, and photos for common area defects and maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments and contractors to promptly resolve deficiencies.
Complaints Management
- Support the customer relations team by implementing or offering reasonable alternatives to resolve customer feedback, ensuring compliance with Eco World Class service standards.
- Supervise or perform rectification and upgrading works in common areas in response to customer complaints.
