Job Description:

The investment process develops both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. Analysts at Perris e Associati have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and be staffed on a number of assignments at once. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, analysts can assume integral roles on deal teams. Interns are involved with the development, structuring and financing of transactions and regularly attend internal meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.

Analyst responsibilities may include:

  • Financial analysis and modeling
  • Investment research
  • Competitive analysis
  • Assistance in the execution of transactions
  • Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
  • Communications with client's senior management

Requirements:

To be considered for the role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree and Master's degree already
    completed in Economics, Finance, or a related subject from a reputable Italian or international university
  • Previous work experience in an accounting or advisory firm
  • Applicant must be resident and based in Milan
  • CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
  • CV must be in PDF format
  • Available to start as soon as possible
