Your activities

  • Manage relationships with assigned customers throughout all pre- and post-sales phases
  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience from quotation development trough after-sales support
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations, guiding customers in selecting technical product requirements and managing the entire pre-sales process through to order receipt
  • Read, understand and analyse project technical specifications, ensuring the correct interpretation of application requirements and material requisition requests
  • Manage and verify documentation related to certifications, inspections and testing, collaborating with technical and quality departments to ensure compliance with customer-required regulations and standards
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in managing quotations, technical requests and documentation, minimizing the risk of errors and ensuring the highest quality of service
  • Clarify technical aspects of orders with Sales Application Specialist and Market Segment Managers colleagues and liaise with the Area Sales Manager on pricing, discounts, and margin considerations
  • Support the customer during both pre-sales and post-sales phases for all activities related to technical specifications, certifications and testing, acting as an internal reference for resolving technical issues
  • Provide remote technical and commercial support to Package Vendor customers, collaborating with Area Managers and agents where applicable

Your profile

  • Technical / Scientific diploma or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience
  • Language Skills: English (written and oral) B2 level as a minimum
  • Having an aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features
  • Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues
  • Open to occasionally travel in Italy and also to other countries in Europe (typically France, Spain, Germany and Poland)
  • Written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements.
  • Knowledge of Process and Automation Instrumentation and its Applications is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
