KONE Industrial SpA, per il sito di Pero (MI), sta cercando un  Maintenance Work Leader.

Il Maintenance Work Leader è responsabile della gestione operativa delle attività di manutenzione, coordinando il team assegnato e garantendo la continuità produttiva degli impianti. La figura assicura il rispetto delle pianificazioni, la corretta esecuzione degli interventi e il flusso di informazioni tra i turni, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi.

Responsabilità della posizione

  • Gestione attività giornaliere: verifica delle RDI e ODL, controllo stato attività (in corso, assegnate, programmate, preventive) e assegnazione alla squadra.
  • Monitoraggio avanzamento lavori: controllo fino alla consuntivazione su sistema Touch.
  • Passaggio informazioni tra turni: garantire comunicazioni chiare e complete; in caso di impossibilità compilare rapportino di fine turno in modo dettagliato.
  • Rispetto pianificazione: gestire eventuali deviazioni concordando alternative e aggiornando il gestionale di manutenzione.
  • Disponibilità attrezzature: assicurare revisione e corretto utilizzo di strumenti di produzione (rivettatrici, graffatrici, punzoni, ecc.).
  • Gestione fermi impianto: comunicare tempestivamente con pari livello e reparti produttivi per minimizzare impatti sulla produzione.
  • Interventi straordinari: agire rapidamente per risoluzione guasti e ripristini, guidando il personale secondo principi di etica e rispetto.
  • Analisi guasti: partecipare alle riunioni di analisi fornendo contributi proattivi.
  • Organizzazione e gestione della squadra : garantire copertura minima del turno e segnalare criticità.
  • Magazzino ricambi: assicurare corretta ricezione e ubicazione materiali nel magazzino automatico (Vertimag).
  • Miglioramento continuo: proporre soluzioni tecniche, suggerire modifiche alle istruzioni operative e analizzare gap formativi del team.

Requisiti

  • Diploma tecnico o equivalente; necessaria è l'esperienza in ambito manutenzione industriale.
  • Capacità di leadership e gestione di team su turni.
  • Conoscenza di sistemi di ticketing e gestionali di manutenzione.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e alla comunicazione efficace.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e in contesti produttivi complessi.
