Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Pero (Milan area) | Fixed-term contract – 12 months

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our headquarters in Pero. In this role, you will manage recruitment activities across Northern Italy and become part of our international Talent Acquisition team for Italy & Iberica.

Your role at KONE

Responsibility for all recruiting processes within your area of responsibility, with a focus on our technical staff in the branches
Managing the entire recruitment cycle: from creating requirement profiles and conducting virtual and face-to-face interviews to the final negotiation of employment contracts
Identifying the optimal search strategy using social media and other online channels, including actively approaching candidates in collaboration with our sourcing team in Bratislava
Using personality tests and assessments to aid decision-making
Ensuring an applicant-oriented recruitment process with our Workday applicant management system in line with our talent acquisition strategy
Sharing best practices and working on projects with other colleagues in the People & Communications teams.

What you bring

Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, either in an industrial/technical environment or in HR consulting or recruitment agencies
A proactive, business-oriented mindset with a strong candidate focus
A relevant university Degree or equivalent qualification
Experience with competency-based interviews and assessment methods
Proven ability to source and approach candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn
English language.
