Il ruolo

La figura, come individual contributor, avrà la responsabilità di guidare e sviluppare la strategia di Continuous Improvement a livello di sito, promuovendo una cultura strutturata di
Operational Excellence
e assicurando il miglioramento continuo delle performance in termini di
Qualità, Sicurezza, Costi ed Efficienza
.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definire, guidare e governare il programma di Continuous Improvement, assicurandone l'allineamento con gli obiettivi strategici di business.
  • Identificare e prioritizzare iniziative di miglioramento ad alto impatto, basate su analisi avanzate dei dati e osservazione dei processi.
  • Guidare progetti complessi e cross-funzionali utilizzando metodologie Lean e Six Sigma (VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC, A3, SMED, TPM).
  • Definire KPI, monitorare i risultati e presentare i progressi al management.
  • Promuovere e consolidare una cultura di miglioramento continuo attraverso coaching, formazione e change management.
  • Supervisionare audit interni, assessment e standardizzazione dei processi.
  • Agire come punto di riferimento per l'Operational Excellence verso il senior management e le funzioni chiave.

Requisiti

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Industrial Management, Life Sciences o affini.
  • ≥ 7–8 anni di esperienza
    in ruoli di Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence in contesti industriali strutturati, preferibilmente
    farmaceutici
    .
  • Solida esperienza nella guida di programmi Lean su scala organizzativa.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Spiccate doti di leadership, influenza e change management.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
