For the start up of the finance function within the Italian subsidiary of a Dutch multinational Group, we are looking for an Experienced International Financial Controller / Finance Manager

This is a key position that will play a central role in setting up and leading the finance and control function in Italy, ensuring alignment with the group's financial standards and systems.

Main activities:

  • Put a financial control framework in place
  • Ensure alignment to the monthly financial reporting system as used by mother company
  • Prepare and manage the annual finance & control cycle including budgeting, forecasting and year -end closing
  • Lead the implementation of ERP system in Italy
  • Provide financial reporting to the CFO in the European HQ
  • Contribute to the growth of operations in Italy

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in financial controlling of financial management roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on, structured and proactive approach with the ability to work in an international context
  • A team-oriented professional motivated to be part of a
    c
    hallenging start-up phase with the potential to evolve into a broader leadership role.
