MR VAPE, azienda leader nel mercato del vaping, è alla ricerca di un IT Retail Support Specialist dinamico e competente che garantisca il corretto funzionamento del sistema gestionale aziendale e faccia da punto di riferimento tra il fornitore del software e gli utilizzatori presenti nella nostra rete di negozi.

Responsabilità principali

  • Garantire il funzionamento ottimale del gestionale aziendale.
  • Gestire i rapporti con il fornitore del software: apertura ticket, monitoraggio degli interventi e verifica degli aggiornamenti.
  • Supportare il personale dei punti vendita nell'utilizzo del gestionale e nelle procedure informatiche.
  • Analizzare, segnalare e risolvere eventuali problemi tecnici o malfunzionamenti.
  • Coordinare miglioramenti, implementazioni e nuove funzionalità del sistema.
  • Assicurare la corretta applicazione delle procedure informatiche aziendali.
  • Collaborare con le diverse funzioni interne per ottimizzare i processi digitali.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli IT (Supporto Tecnico, IT Specialist, IT Manager o simili).
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali e delle logiche del retail.
  • Ottime capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità.
  • Buone doti comunicative e capacità di interfacciarsi con utenti e fornitori.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in autonomia e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
