We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it's a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the IT team

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will support the IT Team in providing assistance to employees across all IT services, including hardware, digital workplace, systems, applications, and equipment.
• You will follow established processes to manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
• You will collaborate with the Service Desk Team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
• You will contribute to maintaining high standards of IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• IT diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Fluent English and Italian
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365
