Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.

We are seeking a Corporate Health & Safety Specialist - Reporting and Performance to support our corporate HSE function in monitoring safety performance, analyzing data, and standardizing safety processes across the company's manufacturing sites. This role will focus on safety KPI reporting, audit support, and digital tools for HSE data management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a structured safety management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze safety KPIs such as incident rates, near misses, and audit findings.

  • Assist in preparing HSE dashboards and reports for executive leadership.

  • Support the tracking and closure of CAPAs across sites.

  • Participate in Global HSE audits and HSE due diligence, ensuring that all facilities meet local occupational health and safety laws and standards, and track and follow-up actions.

  • Support in review and update corporate HSE procedures and templates.

  • Support digital HSE initiatives, including data automation and reporting platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in health and safety management,

  • Knowledge of HSE regulations.

  • Proven experience with risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety auditing.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred

  • Ability to travel to various company sites as needed.

Skills:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Team player with good interpersonal communication.

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HSE field.

  • Languages: English (fluently spoken and written).
