Product Sales Expert Field – X Ray Products and Mammography
for our Territory 5 (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicilia)

In this role your responsibility will be to achieve, within the assigned territory, the sales targets and customer satisfaction for X Ray and Mammo Products Portfolio Solutions through your pre-sales specialistic support.

Your role:

  • You'll be responsible for the positioning of the correct technology model based on the customer's needs to guarantee the maximum probability of negotiation success.
  • You'll be responsible for the offer documentation preparation (production, collection and check) for both public and private customers. You will collaborate with offering and marketing functions in the preparation of this material, defining together with the Sales network the best proposal / technical commercial solution.
  • You'll support field sales colleagues on XP specialistic related aspects ensuring product knowledge and clinical advantage in territory T5
  • You'll support and guarantee the definition and execution of the marketing plans relating to XP products portfolio into the assigned territory
  • You'll maintain a constant level of technical-scientific updating
  • You'll establish positive business relations with the customers to reach sales targets;
  • You'll collaborate with the corporate functions involved in the sales and customer assistance process and you'll ensure continuous feedback and follow-up to all colleagues involved, respecting the planning of the activities and objectives assigned
  • You'll have to know the market and Competition, and you'll transfer the most relevant information to the internal commercial functions, through continuous updating
  • giving support at a national level if needed

Your expertise:

  • Sales orientation with at least 3 years' experience as Product Specialist in the radiological field
  • A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering
  • Mammography Clinical knowledge will be strongly appreciated
  • Previous experience into same market company
  • You have a good knowledge of IVV Diagnostics Market and X-Ray products
  • Good knowledge of imaging principles and technologies
  • Dynamic, with personal initiative and business driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good team player and respectful of diversity
  • Accuracy in the use of the company procedures provided for the activity
  • Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to travel frequently into the territories assigned but also at national level
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Office Package, especially Excel
  • We would prefer candidates based in Campania, Puglia or Sicilia, Italy
