What will your challenge be?
You will be an active part of the growth of our Platforms group (SAP Team), a team of experienced business process professionals with vertical expertise on SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ecosystem tools.
Within this context you will have the opportunity to participate in and/or manage end-to-end IT Evolution or Enterprise Transformation projects involving SAP products (such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Rise, SAP Signavio)
In projects involving SAP Signavio, you will have the opportunity to have a hands-on approach in activities related to Process Transformation, such as Process Mining, Process Mapping, Process Analysis and Process Governance. This will include the set up of Signavio in the client environment and configuration of necessary process flows; defining and implementing the KPIs that are most relevant to client needs, analysis of the specific processes, designing process improvements, implementing new processes and setting up process monitoring activities.
Depending on the project you will be involved on, you may also be in charge of the setup activities (control room) of the SAP Journey, defining the SAP approach and Roadmap, implementation strategy and Master Plan drafting, functional requirements gathering, technical specifications drafting (RFP) and evaluation scoring model; cross-functional activities of PMO, Governance and Demand Management, support and monitoring of Go-Live startup activities and in general managerial and operational reporting of results.
Specifically, we are looking for a candidate that has the following skills:
- Knowledge and practical experience with SAP S/4 HANA (one or more modules of SAP)
- Knowledge or experience with SAP Signavio (Process Insights, Process Intelligence, Process Manager, Process Governance, Process Automation, Journey Modeler)
- SAP Signavio Certifications will be considered a plus (C_SIGDA, C_SIGPM, C_SIGBT)
- General and high-level knowledge of other SAP tools related to Business Transformation Management;
- Knowledge of one or more SAP S/4HANA related business processes
- Basic IT background, particularly in databases, web technologies, and Enterprise Application Integration technologies
