Titano is building a long term autonomous robotics platform in Europe.

We are selectively evaluating a Chief Technology Officer.

This is not a hiring process.

This is a selection.

We are designing a large scale autonomous robotics infrastructure, operating at the intersection of robotics, AI, real world deployment and long term systems architecture.

If you are looking for a "CTO role", this is not for you.

The mandate

The CTO will:


• Define and own the technical architecture of Titano at a foundational level


• Make first-principles decisions with decade-long consequences


• Design systems meant to scale in the real world, not in slides


• Set technical standards that others will follow


• Work in direct alignment with the founder on irreversible choices

This role exists before comfort, before structure, before certainty.

Profile

This role is suitable only if:


• You have built complex systems from zero, not optimized existing ones


• You are comfortable making decisions without consensus


• You understand robotics, autonomy or AI deeply enough to simplify them


• You think in architectures, not features


• You do not need validation, titles or supervision

If you need a roadmap, a team already in place, or predefined boundaries, this is not a fit.
