AIKO is seeking a Finance & Accounting Assistant to support the Finance Department with basic accounting tasks and administrative workflows.
The role involves collaboration with the CFO and external accountants on expenses, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Part-time, 21 hours weekly, 7-month contract.

Tasks

  • Support basic accounting operations (data entry, reconciliations, document filing).

  • Organize financial documentation for accountants and auditors.

  • Assist with payments and maintain deadlines tracking.

  • Monitor operating expenses and update tracking files.

  • Support the preparation of simple financial reports.



Requirements

  • Diploma or qualification in accounting/administration.

  • Basic knowledge of general accounting principles.

  • Precision and confidentiality.

  • Good knowledge of Excel or similar tools.

  • Reliable, analytical mindset.



Preferred Experience

  • Experience in SMEs or startups in administrative/financial roles.

  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
