Your role
We are looking for a Wearable NPI Process Owner who will lead the end-to-end supply chain readiness for new product launches. You coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that all supply chain elements — from planning to logistics — are aligned and ready for market introduction, through all the distribution channels.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the supply chain workstream of NPI projects from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure launch readiness.
- Identify risks and mitigation plans related to supply chain execution.
- Ensure timely availability of components, packaging, and finished goods.
- Track launch milestones, budgets, volumes and KPIs.
- Launch Calendar and Milestones management
- Be the owner of the following key deliverables/activities: NPI supply chain launch plan and timeline; launch readiness checklist and risk register; launch volumes drilled down per channels and geographies; process organization for the launch, with roles and responsibilities.
Main requirements:
- Experience in product launch and supply chain planning.
- Ability to manage complexity and cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems and processes.
- Project management skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in supply chain field
