The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937 and incorporated into the Iveco Group in 1975.

Iveco Defence Vehicles boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company's extensive engineering resources.

he selected candidate will be part of
Product Engineering
, specifically within the
Electric & Electronic Systems and System Integration
department.

The role will report directly to the
Electric & Electronic Systems and System Integration Manager
.

The person will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the following activities:

  • Building a dedicated team for the storage and organization of software items that compose the vehicle architecture.
  • Defining the processes for storing and providing software items both for vehicle programming in the plant and for remote support activities.
  • In collaboration with the Product Engineering and Customer Service teams, defining the processes for organizing and configuring software items.
  • In collaboration with the Product Engineering and Customer Service teams, defining processes and tools for vehicle diagnostics.

Candidate Requirements

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Computer Science;
  • At least 15 years of experience in the Automotive industry;
  • Experience in managing project teams;
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle electrical/electronic architectures and CAN architectures in general;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools or equivalent;
  • English language proficiency (minimum B1 level).

The candidate must demonstrate strong accountability towards the team.

They must be team-oriented and have a proactive approach focused on continuous technical improvement.
