Your Responsabilities

  • Ensure that all relevant Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes are in place to ensure compliance with internal, legal, and international standards
  • Coordinate and conduct audits (internal and external), as well as prepare and support certifications
  • Advise and support Alpitronic's process owners in defining processes and creating IMS documents
  • Provide ongoing support for IMS activities
  • Conduct employee training to continuously maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and awareness throughout the organization
  • Support in the development and implementation of the corporate strategy, roadmap, and budget for the maintenance and further development of the global IMS
  • Analyse, identify, and implement improvement measures and adapt the IMS to new challenges and opportunities
  • Prepare reports and support the preparation of the annual management review

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in quality or manufacturing management, engineering, economics, natural sciences or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards with a focus on ISO 9001, basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 would be appreciated
  • QM and auditor training and proven experience in conducting audits
  • Process-oriented thinking and ability to analyse and improve processes
  • Excellent knowledge of German, Italian and English
