We are looking to strengthen our team of Sales development advisors in Torino. As Sales development advisor, you drive market growth by proactively transforming customer insights into strategic sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and empowering clients through our digital platforms.

Your role and responsibilities 
  • You will take ownership of your assigned customer accounts, proactively reaching out to discuss their needs, maximize their potential, and generate revenue.

  • You will proactively collaborate with your team members to share sales insights and opportunities, helping to refine and optimize account plans.

  • You will use specific data-driven signals and campaigns to reach out to and develop customers, effectively generating new sales opportunities.

  • You will handle all aspects of customer onboarding for their first TVH order, ensuring a successful and professional experience for every new client.

  • You will guide, educate, and support your customers on how to use the eCommerce platform, enabling them to work effectively and autonomously.

  • You will continuously develop your own technical understanding and commercial skills by participating in formal training, coaching, and market research.

  • You will periodically attend trade fairs and events to promote the TVH product portfolio and expand your customer network.

  • You will receive and follow up on multi-channel client requests and signals, providing timely support and service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

  • You will identify and report bottlenecks within assigned processes and propose potential improvements to boost sales performance and service quality.

  • You will maintain the prospect database and identify potential new customers through research and dealer mapping to initiate new business relationships.

How to succeed / Your profile
  • You have experience in a commercial job.

  • Targets give you energy and keep you motivated

  • You are customer oriented and you know how to ask the right questions.  

  • You are a teamplayer and open to learn.

  • You are flexible to travel to customers a couple of times per year.

  • You speak fluent Italian and you have a good conversational level of English.
