The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary LowCode/NoCode Technical Leader to drive the growth of our Consult LC/NC Delivery unit in Italy. This is a leadership role where you will combine technical expertise with business acumen to shape innovative solutions, lead delivery teams, and support customers in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Unit Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing LC/NC Delivery Unit team to fully leverage product flexibility and accelerate time-to-value for customers

• Ensure cost-effective application development, integration, and management

• Work with Application Delivery Unit Leaders and partners to develop Application Services strategies and expand presence in the Digital domain

• Shape the consult LC/NC unit delivery strategy and roadmap for Italy, collaborating closely with local Account teams and customers

Business Development & Growth

• Drive the development and expansion of Application Services business across Italy

• Define, design, and deploy LC/NC solutions to meet customer requirements and accelerate digital adoption

• Support customers in modernizing legacy applications and processes with LC/NC technologies

• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to qualify opportunities and design solutions for customers

Partner Ecosystem Management

• Build and foster strong relationships with LC/NC technology partners (e.g., OutSystems, Microsoft) to position Kyndryl as a preferred partner in the domain

• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, supporting innovative solutions and ensuring IT operational excellence

Customer Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and designing business-driven solutions

• Ensure successful delivery of Digital Transformation programs and LC/NC adoption strategies

• Represent LC/NC Application Management Services in customer interactions and advisory boards

• Provide technical leadership on enterprise-wide application design standards, integration, and security best practices

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5–8 years leading LC/NC Delivery units on delivery and business development support

• 5–8 years of experience in application deployment and development

• 2–4 years in application architecture, middleware, and data experience

• Involvement and hands-on expertise for hardware and software connectivity between applications

• Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, C#, .NET, etc.) with LC/NC platforms

• Experience with DevOps tools and modern technical certification

• Experience developing applications for different industries, including Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments)

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and Application Development best practices

• Strong presentation and relationship management skills with stakeholders, vendors, and customers

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• The Open Group – Master Certified Architect (or equivalent)
