Ricerchiamo persone motivate e brillanti, da inserire nel ruolo di service support applications services.

Nell'ambito delle proprie attività, le persone dovranno:

  • Identificare e diagnosticare errori e problemi
  • Cassificare e registrare le richieste di supporto e fornire soluzioni
  • Supportare l'identificazione del problema
  • Fornire consigli agli utenti sulle azioni da effettuare
  • Monitorare i problemi dall'inizio alla risoluzione
  • Inoltrare, se necessario, i problemi irrisolti a un livello di supporto più elevato
  • Fornire consigli e supporto essenziali sulla sicurezza
  • Fornire, ai clienti interni ed esterni con problemi applicativi, supporto e diagnosi sia on site che da remoto.
  • Fornire supporto agli utenti e risolvere i problemi applicativi.
  • L'obiettivo primario è consentire agli utenti di massimizzare la loro produttività attraverso l'uso efficiente e sicuro dei servizi erogati applicazioni software.

In particolare, tali attività dovranno essere svolte con riferimento al processo di integrazione delle competenze funzionali al percorso di trasformazione aziendale in atto.

Alle persone interessate, con esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni, vengono richiesti:

  • Capacità di analisi e risoluzione nel caso di malfunzioni
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra
  • Attitudine alla condivisione delle informazioni
  • Proattività
  • Approfondita conoscenza Sistemi Operativi: Linux: Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat − Microsoft: Windows Server
  • Approfondita conoscenza dei principali Midware (Web server, App server, Dir server, Java ecc..)
  • Capacità creazione ed implementazione script (sequel, shell ecc…) negli ambienti applicativi utilizzati
  • Conoscenza ambienti Cloud: Kubernetes
  • Conoscenze degli aspetti legati alla sicurezza delle componenti applicative

  • Certificazioni Windows
