Sidel is looking for an Installation Site Manager to manage and coordinate the execution of on-site activities at Customers' sites. The position is open in Barcelona and the area of intervention will be mainly Europe & Turkey. This role will give you the chance to join an international team who is charge of securing the successful installation and start-up of Sidel's machines.
Your Mission
- Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring effective coordination, performance, and motivation to meet project objectives.
- Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, meeting stakeholder requirements while strictly adhering to Sidel's internal processes and standards.
- Proactively manage the preparation of on-site activities for assigned New Equipment Projects, including the definition of resource needs (skills, tools, and means) and ensuring compliance with Hygiene, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards.
- Deliver projects within the agreed cost and schedule baselines, monitoring risks and ensuring alignment with overall execution plans.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing on-site activities, preferably within complex industrial or technical projects.
- Previous experience in the beverage industry or similar process-driven environments.
- Solid technical background, ideally in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Availability to travel up to 80%.
