Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a global luxury brand - seeking a Senior Community & CRM Manager in the Parma Region of Italy. This is a rare opportunity to shape a next-generation loyalty programme and build an engaged, high-value community.

As Senior Community & CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty, elevating experience, and delivering meaningful engagement across digital and in-store touchpoints. Working closely with senior leadership, you will combine data-driven CRM strategy with experiential activations to create unforgettable moments for high-value customers.

The Role

  • Launch a new Community strategy across all channels.
  • Enhance the loyalty programme with exclusive activations and tiered benefits.
  • Benchmark luxury and hospitality models to craft a unique proposition.
  • Design and execute automated B2C communications (email, SMS, push, offline).
  • Deliver seasonal campaigns to boost awareness, retention, and footfall.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Social teams on storytelling.
  • Plan exclusive events, collaborations, and VIP activations.
  • Build relationships with influencers, institutions, and premium brands.
  • Use data and analytics to guide CRM strategy and personalised experiences.
  • Lead and mentor the CRM Coordinator on operations and logistics.
  • Report to the Marketing Director and manage senior-level collaboration.
  • Maintain dashboards, insights, and GDPR compliance for guest data.

Requirements

  • Experience in Community Management, CRM, or loyalty strategy in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalisation.
  • Skilled with CRM systems, analytics, and digital tools.
  • Excellent storytelling for a luxury audience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; other European languages a plus.

Work Pattern

  • Hybrid: 50% in the Office, 50% from Home
  • On-site presence required for events or activations.
