Expert Field Specialist

L'Expert Field Specialist entrerà a far parte del team Expert occupandosi dell'implementazione di campagne educative/promozionali dei marchi Haleon (Oral Care, Ginecologia) traducendo le strategie verso clienti selezionati (Dentisti e Igienisti dentali, Ginecologi) secondo linee guida ben definite, utilizzando gli strumenti di monitoraggio appropriati, per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali.

Responsabilità principali

• Essere formato come brand champion per eseguire la strategia di marca e di categoria verso gli HCP (operatori sanitari).
• Comprendere e applicare il metodo Haleon per interagire con HCP e KEE utilizzando il framework, la formazione e gli strumenti forniti dal marketing esperto.
• Eseguire il piano territoriale utilizzando principi di segmentazione e targeting, riportando quotidianamente nel sistema CRM e monitorando i risultati in termini di sell-out.
• Fornire presentazioni persuasive basate sulla scienza per ottenere o modificare la raccomandazione dei marchi Haleon attraverso visite face-to-face, workshop con HCP, eventi locali (es. Lunch&Learn, incontri ospedalieri, congressi).
• Lanciare campagne per nuovi prodotti attraverso incontri scientifici face-to-face, workshop e eventi locali.
• Coinvolgere e gestire KEEs e associazioni/società scientifiche di HCP.
• Supportare e partecipare a conferenze locali e nazionali (relative all'area di interesse) e fornire interventi educativi/formativi quando appropriato.
• Organizzare e gestire attività nelle Scuole di Odontoiatria per formare e coinvolgere i futuri professionisti.
• Garantire la conformità a tutte le procedure operative standard per ruoli a contatto con i clienti: eventi avversi, norme EFPIA, gestione campioni, interazioni scientifiche.
• Condividere le best practice con i colleghi per trasferire conoscenze ed esperienze.

Qualifiche e competenze

• Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Chimica (indirizzo organico o biologico), Farmacia.
• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di ISF.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione.
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia con approccio imprenditoriale.
• Abilità nello sviluppare relazioni professionali ed empatiche con HCP, KEEs, associazioni e colleghi.
• Buone capacità analitiche.
• Spirito di squadra e affinità con l'ambiente odontoiatrico.
• Esperienza consolidata nell'area terapeutica ginecologica.
• Buona conoscenza di hardware (iPad) e software (MS Office, CRM).
