We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to support the Quality team in managing quality documentation and product certification books, offering the opportunity to contribute to structured quality processes in an industrial environment. The role involves preparing, maintaining, and reviewing quality documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations, product standards, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation and product certification books.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross‑functional departments) to collect, verify, and manage technical and compliance information.
- Maintain an organized document control system and update certification records, technical files, regulatory databases, and related quality documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required quality documents, reports, and evidence of compliance.
- Ensure all quality records and documentation comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Participate in training and support colleagues in understanding documentation standards and quality policies.
- Manage a high volume of digital documentation efficiently, applying excellent use of digital tools and applications in the day‑to‑day workflow.
- Communicate effectively across departments, including written communication in English when required.
Who You Are:
You are an organized and detail‑oriented professional with experience in quality documentation or similar roles. You work well in dynamic, cross‑functional environments and are comfortable handling technical documents with accuracy. You are digitally skilled, proactive in asking questions, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues. Experience in the metal‑mechanical industry is strongly preferred.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- 1–2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality documentation, document control, or a related role (preferred, not entry-level).
- Background or exposure to the metal-mechanical / manufacturing industry is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation.
- Solid organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent digital skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Good written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally via email in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-department environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality certification processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Italian and English .
