Il tuo ruolo
Sarai il punto di riferimento per la formazione e lo sviluppo delle competenze operative e manageriali, contribuendo in modo diretto alla crescita delle performance e alla diffusione della cultura KFC sul territorio.
Cosa farai
• Progetterai e guiderai programmi di formazione per crew, team leader e manager
• Garantirai l'applicazione degli standard operativi, di servizio e food safety
• Supporterai i ristoranti in fasi di apertura, sviluppo e cambiamento
• Affiancherai i manager nello sviluppo della leadership dei team
• Monitorerai risultati e progressi, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo
Chi stiamo cercando
• Esperienza nella formazione o nello sviluppo delle persone (QSR, retail o hospitality è un plus)
• Ottime doti comunicative, relazionali e di leadership
• Forte orientamento al risultato e approccio pratico "on the floor"
