Medical Devices Operations & Sales Specialist
based in
Milan, Italy
Your Mission
Provide expert technical and operational support for digital medical devices, ensuring their effective integration into healthcare environments and enabling the success of national sales and marketing initiatives. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, commercial technical support and the seamless deployment of innovative digital health solutions.

Your Major Accountabilities
✓ Focused on the customer journey, to solve the questions and requests coming from key accounts and healthcare professionals:

• Support contract negotiations, service-level agreements and implementation of digital management systems;
• Provide operational support in public tenders and procurement processes related to digital medical technologies;
• Provide field support and troubleshooting for healthcare professionals using connected medical devices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

✓ Ensure operational excellence in deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of digital tools.

✓ Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs and user guides to enhance customer experience and reduce support requests.

✓ Educate internal teams & healthcare professionals by developing training initiatives and onboarding processes regarding digital product usage.

✓ Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization.

✓ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to digital health and medical devices.

✓ Take part in the cross-functional team meetings and projects adding value to the marketing and the sales plan according to his/her responsabilities.

✓ Act as a key interface between local teams and corporate digital/medical device departments, facilitating alignment and knowledge transfer.

We Would Like You To Have

• Education as bioengineer, telecommunications or electronic engineer, biomedical or medicine/pharmacy
• 3+ years of experience in digital medical solutions or connected health technologies
• Key Capabilities: analytical and communication skills, developing and conducting technical training sessions, cross-functional collaboration with market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and data privacy requirements
• Expert in Italian regulation on Medical Devices
• Hands on
• Availability to travel 50%
• Language: Italian & English required
