Join a dynamic team focused on developing next-generation conversational AI products. This role centers on designing, building, and optimizing advanced chatbot solutions, leveraging the latest in natural language processing and large language models. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems that drive user engagement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI chatbots for diverse applications
  • Optimize NLP pipelines and integrate with large language models (LLMs)
  • Fine-tune and evaluate AI models to enhance performance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies for improved conversational outcomes
  • Ensure robust production deployment and ongoing system monitoring
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices for future scalability

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and scaling AI-powered chatbots or conversational systems
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
  • Familiarity with production-level deployment and cloud-based AI solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Availability for a full-time contract position; remote work possible
  • Based in or able to work with teams in Milan time zone preferred
