Contract Advisor - Appartenente alle Categorie Protette L. 68/99
Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede un titolo di studio in discipline giuridiche e ha maturato un'esperienza pregressa in ambito contrattuale o amministrativo, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali o studi legali.
Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:
- Redazione, analisi, revisione e aggiornamento di contratti commerciali e documentazione correlata;
- Preparazione, integrazione e finalizzazione dei contratti, assicurando coerenza nella struttura, formattazione e linguaggio, anche alla luce degli standard aziendali;
- Proof-reading dei documenti e verifica ortografica e grammaticale;
- Predisposizione della copia esecutiva dei contratti per la raccolta delle firme;
- Gestione e archiviazione di documenti cartacei ed elettronici;
- Collaborazione con le funzioni interne (Legale, Commerciale, Operations, Finance) per la corretta gestione dei contratti;
- Monitoraggio delle versioni e tracciamento dei documenti lungo tutto il ciclo di vita contrattuale.
Si richiedono:
- Certificazione di appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della L. 68/99;
- Esperienza in ambito amministrativo/legale, supporto contrattuale e gestione documentale;
- Eccellente padronanza di Microsoft Word, inclusa la formattazione avanzata e l'uso della modalità revisione;
- Utilizzo di software di gestione documentale e strumenti Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) e Adobe Acrobat;
- Spiccata attenzione ai dettagli e ottime capacità organizzative;
- Attitudine al rispetto delle scadenze e delle tempistiche di consegna;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la familiarità con la terminologia legale costituirà un plus.
Completano il profilo precisione, riservatezza e capacità di analisi, buone doti relazionali e comunicative.
