This role is suitable for a highly dynamic, results driven and creative individual, who will handle all our Sales Support activities in Italy, including the Italian Travel Agencies & their Group Sales. The Sales Support Agent provides support to the General Manager, Sales Italy & Greece and Commercial Managers in all other Sales and Commercial activities.
- Tourism diploma/degree or relevant experience
- Sales support & reservations/ticketing experience (3 years) preferably with airline or tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of GDS combined with previous experience
- Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- On the job training for all Air Canada related used software systems.

Ce poste convient à une personne très dynamique, axée sur les résultats et créative, qui prendra en charge l'ensemble de nos activités de support commercial en Italie, y compris celles liées aux agences de voyages italiennes et à leurs ventes de groupes. Le/La Chargé(e) de Support Commercial apporte son soutien au Directeur Général, Ventes Italie & Grèce, ainsi qu'aux Responsables Commerciaux dans toutes les autres activités commerciales et de vente.
- Diplôme supérieur en tourisme ou expérience équivalente
- Solide connaissance des SDG (systèmes de distributions globaux) combinée à une expérience préalable
- Expérience préalable (3 ans) en support aux ventes et billetterie/réservation de préférence en compagnie aérienne ou industrie du tourisme
- Bonne connaissance de Windows et MS Office
- Formation en milieu de travail pour les logiciels utilisés par Air Canada
