Con sede operativa a Milano, in Piazza Gae Aulenti, Nexta Capital Partners adotta una visione di lungo periodo orientata alla transizione energetica, alla creazione di infrastrutture sostenibili e alla valorizzazione degli asset nel tempo.
Per rafforzare il team Investment, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Investment Associate, che sarà coinvolto/a direttamente nelle operazioni di M&A e structured finance, contribuendo alla crescita strategica del portafoglio.
Responsabilità principali
- Supporto alle operazioni di finanziamento a livello di progetto e di portafoglio, attraverso attività di modellazione finanziaria, preparazione di presentazioni e interazione con banche e consulenti;
- Gestione end-to-end delle operazioni di M&A, incluse attività di valutazione, negoziazione con le controparti e coordinamento dei consulenti;
- Sviluppo e manutenzione di modelli finanziari di valutazione relativi a progetti solari, eolici, bioenergy e BESS;
- Coordinamento con gli analisti del team Investment e con gli esperti tecnici dei team asset;
- Supporto alla predisposizione della documentazione contrattuale relativa alle operazioni (term sheet, offerte non vincolanti e vincolanti, Share Purchase Agreements), in coordinamento con il team legale;
- Predisposizione di presentazioni relative ai progetti e alla società;
- Supporto alle attività di reportistica per il management, inclusa la redazione di investment paper e presentazioni corporate.
Requisiti
- Esperienza professionale:
3–5 anni di esperienza rilevante nel settore energy & renewables, maturata preferibilmente presso IPP, istituti finanziari, società di consulenza, boutique di corporate finance/M&A, investment banking o fondi di private equity/infrastrutturali. - È preferibile una esperienza diretta in operazioni di structured finance, incluse operazioni di project finance e/o acquisizioni nel settore infrastrutturale ed energy.
- Formazione:
laurea magistrale (o titolo estero equivalente) in discipline economico-finanziarie, conseguita con ottimi risultati; master specialistici o certificazioni costituiscono titolo preferenziale. - Competenze tecniche: solida conoscenza dell'analisi di bilancio, della modellistica finanziaria e della valutazione d'azienda, autonomia nell'interpretazione di dati economico-finanziari, industriali e di progetto.
- Competenze informatiche:
eccellente padronanza di MS Excel e PowerPoint; la conoscenza di database finanziari (es. Bloomberg, Orbis, FactSet o equivalenti) rappresenta un plus. - Soft skills:
spiccate capacità organizzative e di problem solving, attitudine al lavoro in team, orientamento al risultato e capacità di gestire più progetti in parallelo in contesti dinamici. - Lingue:
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, scritta e parlata, la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue costituisce un plus.
